Job Summary : The company is looking to recruit an ambitious and energetic Project Manager who will help Candi to lead the revolution of solar. Given that Candi is taking solar into a new realm with a new set of tools the role will require creativity innovation and a new way of thinking.

Specifically the job requires taking ownership of the following for the Capital Structuring team :

• Transaction Process Management : Overseeing all stages of the capital raising process including planning tracking tasks & timelines and coordinating with internal team members to ensure these processes are efficiently run.
• Investor Relations Coordination : Organising investor calls scheduling meetings coordinating due diligence trips and serving as one of the main points of contact with investors.
• Due Diligence Management : Managing due diligence processes including overseeing different due diligence vendor streams and handling due diligence Q&As by working with internal team members.
• Transaction : Managing transaction processes including coordinating with various stakeholders managing the flow of information in the negotiation of transaction documents and assisting with the closing of conditions precedent.
• PostTransaction Reporting : Developing reporting templates and ensure the ongoing reporting requirements are addressed in a timely manner.
• Process Optimisation : Identifying and addressing potential issues throughout the capital raising due diligence & reporting processes and implementing solutions to ensure a seamless workflow.

Location : Johannesburg / Cape Town / Durban combined with working from home

Hours : Full time.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in project management or transaction management.
• Prior exposure to transactions investor relations or similar processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex information and coordinate across teams effectively.
• Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Strong communication skills especially in managing investor communications and coordinating responses across teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana or other) and Microsoft Office Suite.
