Hire Resolves client is looking for a Project Manager / Technology Manager to join their team in Cape Town, WC. The client is seeking a young, dynamic, and ambitious candidate to spearhead the technical development of their fantasy sports betting app built on the Flutter platform. This role demands a visionary leader who is both technically skilled and deadline-driven, capable of scaling an innovative startup from scratch.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the tech team, instilling a results-oriented and collaborative work culture.
2. Drive the app's technical vision, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
3. Oversee all tech operations including architecture design, system performance, and security.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to transform ideas into practical, scalable solutions.
