You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of solar projects, from planning and execution to completion. Your role will involve developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Leading and mentoring a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors will be your daily routine. You'll provide technical guidance, oversee procurement processes, and ensure all work meets stringent quality and safety standards. Regular inspections, risk management, and client engagement will be key aspects of your role. Your ability to maintain clear communication and documentation will be crucial in achieving project success.

Proficiency in project management software, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments are crucial. PMP certification or similar is preferred. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is required, along with a willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
