Job summary

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required :

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffolding or construction project management, with proven expertise in leading scaffolding teams on large-scale projects.

Technical Knowledge :

Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and industry standards, including safety regulations and best practices.

Education and Certifications :

A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Location Requirement :

Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.

Team Management :

Manage a team of scaffolding supervisors and workers, ensuring safe working practices, efficient project execution, and adherence to all safety regulations.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, providing progress updates, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project.

Quality and Safety Compliance :

Monitor the quality of scaffolding installations and ensure that all work complies with health, safety, and industry regulations, minimizing risk and ensuring operational safety.

Budget and Resource Management :

Control project costs, track expenditures, and manage resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget without compromising quality.
