Job Title : Project Manager - SAP Implementation

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with SAP Implementation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain processes and IT, specifically within the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop a complete understanding of the business processes and the end-users' business needs.
2. Support end users in proactive problem detection and solving to cater for business continuity, including Idoc management.
3. Act as the liaison between the end users and the IT operational teams.
4. Responsible for EDI tracking & monitoring of performance, both from a system point of view and from a content point of view.
5. Actively make suggestions on possible improvements to realize higher efficiencies and improve working methods in all processes and systems within Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning.
6. Lead & drive various system supply chain projects, managing overall execution and on-time delivery of projects, including milestone and resource planning.
7. Participate in business & IT projects to guarantee system & business process continuity.
8. Write Business Process Procedures to provide input to the IT development teams and serve as a basis for training material.
9. Deliver reports, queries, and data to support business intelligence, with a focus on supply chain analytics.

Minimum Requirements :

1. 5+ years IT Supply Chain experience.
2. Experience in FMCG.
3. Must have Supply Chain and IT experience.
4. SAP competency.

Desired Experience & Qualification :

1. Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar field.
2. Minimum 5 years FMCG Systems experience.
3. Experience in Supply Chain and IT.
4. SAP competency.

Package & Remuneration :

Contract : 6 Months
Salary : R35 - R45 per month
