The Role: Project Manager
You'll oversee the planning and execution of new store builds and refurbishments. This includes coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-budget project delivery aligned with brand and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage store build timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes
Liaise with contractors, landlords, municipalities, and architects
Coordinate with internal operations, IT, and brand teams
Conduct site visits and project inspections
Ensure regulatory and brand compliance on all projects
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
About You
5+ years of project management experience in construction or retail fit-outs
Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
Able to manage multiple concurrent projects
Familiarity with building regulations and QSR layouts
Deadline-driven and highly organised
