TCOE SALARY: R1 020 311 PER ANNUM
Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification with a focus on project management
- Valid Code B Driver’s licence
- Computer Literacy: MS Office
- Ability to use standard organizational computerised tools and systems (ERP, MS Visio, Excel, Projects) to generate and navigate reports and documents is advantageous
- Willingness to work outside of normal hours in different geographic locations to meet project-specific requirements and deadlines
- 2-5 years project management experience
- Prior project management experience in construction related disciplines or the built environment is recommended
- Previous experience in ERP project monitoring systems is recommended
Key Performance Areas:
- Develop frameworks to guide the implementation of multiple projects for greater impact and success.
- Provide project management decision support for successful project implementation.
- Perform project monitoring and evaluation at a portfolio level to ensure adherence to governance systems, processes, and alignment with objectives and deliverables.
- Coordinate and facilitate projects of varying complexity to ensure strategic and operational goals are met.
- Maintain professional records and governance of projects.
- Enhance project management capabilities and standards among staff and teams.
- Implement contract management and supply chain processes in line with organizational requirements.
