Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and providing cost advice during the design phase of projects
  • Preparing bills of quantities and tender documents
  • Managing the procurement process and assessing contractor bids
  • Administering contracts and ensuring contract compliance
  • Monitoring project costs and managing variations
  • Preparing progress reports and conducting financial analysis
  • Providing input into project risk management
  • Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
  • National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (Minimum qualification)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying or project management
  • Proficiency in cost estimating, contract administration, and procurement
  • Thorough understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
