Job description

Hire Resolve is seeking a talented Project Manager (Quantity Surveyor) within the Built Environment sector to join our client's team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, procurement, and overall project coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and providing cost advice during the design phase of projects
  • Preparing bills of quantities and tender documents
  • Managing the procurement process and assessing contractor bids
  • Administering contracts and ensuring contract compliance
  • Monitoring project costs and managing variations
  • Preparing progress reports and conducting financial analysis
  • Providing input into project risk management
  • Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
  • National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (Minimum qualification)
