Minimum requirements for the position of Project Manager are as follows:

Desirable : specific training in Solar PV Technology and Project Management Fundamentals. Experience as Engineering Manager in Utility Scale Solar Projects. Experience in managing interfaces with Offtaker and/or Public Power Companies. At least 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 within the utility-scale Solar PV Industry working for EPC Companies, IPPs, or OE firms managing similar scope and volume of works as described in this RfP.

Site Manager :

Mandatory : specific training in Solar PV Technology and Project Management Fundamentals. At least 8 years of working experience with specific construction management experience. Must have worked for at least 5 years within the Solar PV Industry for EPC Companies, IPPs, or OE firms managing similar scope of works for solar projects of MW capacity and above, including Substation construction. Strong Civil/Mechanical Engineering background is required.

Site Engineers (according to discipline):

Desirable : specific training in Solar PV Technology. At least 5 years of working experience with specific construction management experience. Must have worked on at least 2 Solar PV Projects of MW capacity and above for EPC Companies, IPPs, or OE firms managing similar scope of works.

Expert in PV technology:

At least 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 within the utility-scale Solar PV Industry working for EPC Companies, IPPs, or OE firms leading technical workstreams for projects of similar scope and size.

Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in project coordination. Experience in construction or renewable energy projects is preferred.

Responsibilities include assisting the project manager, maintaining project records, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and coordinating activities and stakeholders.
