Job description

A Cloud Solutions & IT Consultancy seeks to fill the dual role of a Project Manager / Product Owner who will be responsible for meeting with clients to solicit requirements and manage project schedules and expectations. You will also ensure overall quality assurance of products being rolled out to clients while managing the Dev’s team deliverables (SCRUM). Applicants must have proven experience managing a Development team – demonstrating effective leadership and organizational skills; have a strong technical understanding, including knowledge of the SDLC and able to oversee the end-to-end process of product development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. DUTIES :

  • Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, effectively manage project schedules, and set clear expectations.
  • Oversee the Development team’s deliverables using SCRUM methodology, ensuring efficient project management.
  • Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive documentation for both new and existing projects.
  • Ensure the overall quality assurance of products deployed to clients, maintaining high standards of excellence.
  • Facilitate communication between the internal team and clients, staying informed about project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Monitor and coordinate the development of internal products, while also ensuring the successful delivery of client-specific products.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proven experience managing a Development team, demonstrating effective leadership and organizational skills.
  • A strong technical understanding, including knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to oversee the end-to-end process of product development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal teams and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of quality in project deliverables.
  • Proactive in staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and troubleshoot potential challenges in project execution.
