Job description

Please note that this position is based in the Middle East, with relocation, accommodation, and additional benefits provided.

The Project Manager will be responsible for creating the project plan and specifications for buildings to the highest standards and quality. The role involves overseeing work progress from start to finish, providing weekly updates to management, maintaining adequate inventory of raw materials, installation, and packaging materials, designing new solutions, reducing waste, and cutting unnecessary costs. Tank maintenance experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing detailed project plans: defining the project scope, assigning team members, ensuring resource availability, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and scope.
  2. Preparing the master project schedule based on contract terms.
  3. Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure the highest quality standards, providing feedback on building design, scheduling efficiency, cost-saving measures, and identifying potential construction issues.
  4. Conducting budgetary estimation and analysis comparing estimated costs with actual expenditures.
  5. Tracking project progress weekly and monthly, including activities like indenting, purchase orders, engineering documentation, dispatch, site erection, and control document preparation.
  6. Coordinating with consultants and vendors to finalize technical specifications and monitor departmental checklists.
  7. Studying contract documents and preparing job instructions and project-specific procedures.
  8. Coordinating with clients, vendors, sub-vendors, engineering, procurement, construction teams, workshops, logistics, quality control, and other project authorities to ensure timely deliverables and smooth project execution.
  9. Monitoring safety compliance to ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
