Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering, PMP preferred, 10+ years in oil and gas, proven track record on large-scale capital projects, and strong leadership and contractor management capabilities.

About the Role

This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional execution capabilities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will oversee all phases of project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations. This is a leadership opportunity to manage complex industrial projects in a key economic hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of engineering and construction projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, define deliverables, and establish clear milestones and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, Chemical) or a related field; PMP certification is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in engineering and construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex capital projects.
