Project Manager (Electrical)

Excellent career opportunity for a Project Manager with an electrical engineering background within a electrical contracting / construction company based in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements

1. Electrical Diploma/Degree
2. 5+ Years’ project management experience within a construction environment
3. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
4. Proficient on MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

1. Understand contract documents such as JBCC, NEC, MBA
2. Project planning & coordination of various projects
3. Understand, interpret, measure & read electrical drawings
4. Understand the project budgets & management thereof
5. Liaise with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, QS Estimators & Foreman
6. Quality assurance of work completed
7. Ensure & enforce adherence to health & safety within the workplace
