Key Performance Areas (KPAs) :
1. Develop, Review, and Implement Infrastructure Strategy & Budgets
Formulate and refine infrastructure development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Prepare, review, and manage budgets for infrastructure projects.
Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources while maintaining quality and compliance.
2. Execute Operational Plans
Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.
3. Propose and Align Construction Programs
Develop detailed construction programs and schedules.
Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
4. Design Funding Proposals
Identify funding opportunities for infrastructure projects.
Develop and submit comprehensive funding proposals to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with finance teams and external partners to secure project financing.
5. Create an Approved Projects Pipeline for Implementation
Identify and evaluate potential projects for future implementation.
Develop a structured pipeline of projects aligned with long-term infrastructure plans.
Ensure project readiness, including feasibility studies, approvals, and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills :
Education : NQF Level 7 qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in infrastructure development or project management.
Industry Exposure : Must demonstrate experience working with top-tier construction companies.
Community Projects : Previous exposure to community-based infrastructure projects.
Skills : Strong project planning, budgeting, and execution capabilities.
Competencies : Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
