About the Company

Leonid Group is a specialist executive search firm operating globally in the field of Corporate Governance. Our mission is to support purpose-driven organizations by connecting them with top-tier talent—while delivering a recruitment experience that is both efficient and human-centric.

We operate internationally with offices in London and Barcelona, and we are now building our presence in Cape Town. This role is one of our first strategic hires in South Africa—alongside a Marketing Manager—marking the beginning of a future Leonid office in the region. Our aim is to grow a team of delivery and support professionals locally in the coming years.

About the Role

This is a key role at the heart of our delivery operations. You’ll act as the operational and organizational link between our consultants and clients, ensuring projects run seamlessly from search kick-off through to offer stage and onboarding.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across regions using our proprietary Magic Month methodology—a fast-paced, time-sensitive approach to executive search. Success in this role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to see the big picture under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple global recruitment projects
  • Administrative Support: Manage job postings, CV formatting, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and invoice coordination
  • Candidate Sourcing: Support outreach efforts using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and database searches
  • LeonidLive Interviews: Coordinate and occasionally host/record video interviews
  • Market Mapping: Identify and compile lists of target companies and hiring managers for business development
  • Candidate Aftercare: Follow up with placed candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and readiness for their new role
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Contribute to internal initiatives and support cross-functional priorities as needed
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with our marketing function on recruitment campaigns and shared initiatives

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, recruitment delivery, or a similar fast-paced role
  • Strong project management mindset – confident juggling competing timelines and priorities
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Fast learner with a high sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Able to work independently while staying closely connected to a remote team

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in recruitment or executive search
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools
  • Additional languages are a plus
