JOB SUMMARY :

Responsible for managing, delivering, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the WCGDoI programme.

Oversees other Project Managers on private projects.

TASK DESCRIPTION

  • PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT FOR THE TUSK / WCGDoI MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME

Managing allocated projects, including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring adherence to cashflow and programme schedules.
  • Drafting and reviewing cashflow and programme plans.
  • Meeting deadlines and driving programme and cashflow progress.
  • Managing Education projects.
  • Keeping the server up to date at all times.
  • Ensuring correct filing of all documentation.
  • Managing procurement processes.
  • Managing appointments and performance of consultants and contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with all processes and protocols.
  • Managing contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
  • Checking invoices for correctness.
  • Reviewing appointments, additional fees, and related matters.
  • Ensuring successful completion of Auditor General audits.
  • DELIVERABLES

    Deliverables must be accurate, precise, correct, and completed on time.

    GENERAL

    Perform any additional administrative tasks as required.

    • Experience in Project/Programme Management is advantageous.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience.
