JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for managing, delivering, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the WCGDoI programme.
Oversees other Project Managers on private projects.
TASK DESCRIPTION
- PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT FOR THE TUSK / WCGDoI MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME
Managing allocated projects, including but not limited to:
Ensuring adherence to cashflow and programme schedules.Drafting and reviewing cashflow and programme plans.Meeting deadlines and driving programme and cashflow progress.Managing Education projects.Keeping the server up to date at all times.Ensuring correct filing of all documentation.Managing procurement processes.Managing appointments and performance of consultants and contractors.Ensuring compliance with all processes and protocols.Managing contracts, including JBCC and NEC.Checking invoices for correctness.Reviewing appointments, additional fees, and related matters.Ensuring successful completion of Auditor General audits.DELIVERABLES
Deliverables must be accurate, precise, correct, and completed on time.
GENERAL
Perform any additional administrative tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Degree in Project Management and professional registration as Project Manager.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience in contracts (JBCC and NEC) administration and financial management.
- Experience in Project/Programme Management is advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
