About the Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead high-impact construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate directly with Directors and senior leadership, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making and business strategy.
  • Drive innovation, implement best practices, and deliver projects that set new standards in the industry.
  • Mentor and lead small teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, including Directors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Drive commercial and operational excellence, leveraging your strong business acumen to deliver results.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance project outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the construction sector.
  • Proven experience managing projects from inception to final delivery.
  • Project Management certification is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring small teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
