About the Role

This hybrid role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of various community-focused projects, ensuring they align with our client's strategic objectives and deliver tangible impact. You will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration among internal teams and external partners. This is a key leadership position for an individual passionate about driving community development and social impact, offering a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on project execution within a stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of community program projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of outputs.
