Project Management - CA/SA and/or Lawyer

Role and Responsibilities include:

1. Bespoke quoting
2. Conducting compliance reviews on new requests, including working alongside Research and Development and external parties to investigate the compliance requirements for shipment requests
3. Project management of the import of supplies for global clinical trials
4. Coordinating with various internal support teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
5. Flexibility and ability to present novel solutions and processes to meet client needs
6. Comprehensive project handovers to service teams once live or continued oversight
7. Customer relationship management: liaising with an international pool of clients and developing relationships
8. Providing client calls to overview pre-compliance requirements
9. Working closely with clients to manage their key projects
10. Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing escalations effectively
11. Deal and client timeline management, project planning
12. Preparation and presentation of new projects to clients
13. Collaborating across multiple internal teams for problem-solving
