Project Manager - Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, implementation, and post-award phases of Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
2. Engage with stakeholders across the client and external partners to drive project success.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance with PFMA and Treasury Regulation 16.
4. Deliver projects that are financially viable, risk-balanced, and value-driven.
5. Oversee data and information systems relevant to project execution.
6. Foster strong partnerships for long-term sustainable impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. A degree in Commerce, Tourism, Project Management, or a related field.
2. At least 6 years' management experience (PPP experience is a bonus).
3. Strong understanding of financial feasibility studies.
4. Knowledge of relevant legislation and sound project management principles.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
