Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required :
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) and / or Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster)
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
Experience :
- Proven ability to manage projects through all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
- 3-plus years experience with Jira.
- 3-plus years hands-on experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Visio, or other data visualization and modeling software.
Technical Skills :
- Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), particularly for roles in IT-heavy fields.

Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Manage projects through all phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Gather and document business requirements, process workflows, and technical specifications while collaborating with stakeholders to align on objectives.
- Facilitate Agile or Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Use tools such as Jira, Tableau, and Visio for process mapping, data visualization, and project tracking.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and foster collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Support technical integration efforts, leveraging familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, WordPress, and PHP.
- Perform financial modeling, risk assessments, and data analysis to inform decision-making and project optimization.
- Apply industry knowledge of the amateur football / soccer economy to develop tailored strategies and solutions.
