Responsibilities
Ensuring Project Management
- Build and maintain strong business relations with internal customers to interpret requirements.
- Review changes in legal and procedural requirements affecting projects.
- Validate product requirements with departmental teams and facilitate handover to development.
- Analyze information and business systems to recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate and manage meetings with stakeholders and team members.
- Report project status as per the Communication Plan or business needs.
- Track project schedules proactively and drive corrective actions.
- Manage end-to-end project planning, including scope, communication, risk, dependencies, cost, and stakeholder management.
- Assist in creating and updating team capacity plans and backlog reviews.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables and milestones.
- Adhere to best project management practices and methodologies.
- Manage changes in time, cost, and scope proactively.
- Track project decisions and support benefits monitoring and reporting.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle and provide technical support.
- Manage internal processes and external resources or suppliers.
- Ensure procedures and processes are followed and monitor project completion.
Ensures effective Reporting
- Report on success criteria, metrics, testing, and deployment activities.
- Analyze status reports, identify issues, and troubleshoot.
- Communicate project milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues to leadership.
- Define and disseminate success criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensures effective Communication
- Communicate risks, issues, timing, budget, resources, and scope to management.
- Collaborate with Senior Project Manager and PMO Leader on enterprise projects.
- Engage with departmental teams to understand business requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diplomas.
- Relevant Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince II, Scrum Master, etc.).
- 2-3 years’ experience in Software Development Project Management.
- Experience with full product lifecycle and understanding of technology methodologies.
- Solid experience in Software Development Lifecycle and Implementation.
