Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically astute Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to take end-to-end ownership of client delivery across bespoke software development and Business Intelligence automation initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between clients, executive stakeholders, and technical delivery teams. You will elicit comprehensive client requirements, translate business processes into structured technical documentation, manage multi-stream delivery through Kanban workflows, and ensure accurate operational tracking such as timesheets and budget utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to capture end-to-end requirements, business rules, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Produce user flows, process maps, sequence diagrams, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Manage concurrent workstreams using Kanban boards in Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or comparable platforms.
• Track throughput, blockers, dependencies, milestones, risks, scope, resources, and delivery status.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate deliverables against agreed requirements.
• Manage timesheet submissions, resource allocation, billable hours, and project budget alignment.
• Prepare clear project reports, client updates, decision logs, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with software developers, DevOps engineers, BI specialists, clients, and leadership.
