General Summary

The project manager manages key client projects. Responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The role involves overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for upper management. The ideal candidate should be familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, relying on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The role requires performing a variety of tasks, leading and directing others, with a high degree of creativity and latitude.

Job Duties :
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance with suitable tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths, skills, and experience, collaborating with their supervisors.
  • Track project performance to analyze the achievement of short- and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for clients and staff.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs.
Job Qualifications :
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
