Project planning, which includes but is not limited to:
- Time
- Costs – travel/hours
- Resources
- Risk management
- Issue management
- Quality control
- (The company uses both internal teams and 3rd parties)
Project Management
Closely manage the following aspects of a project (these are not limited to this list and may vary):
- Team/Resource management
- Time management
- Vehicle management
- Cost management
- Client management
Reporting
The team runs all projects according to the below reports. The candidate needs to be very proficient in the following:
- Project tracking – time/costs
- Team KPI’s
- Contractor costs and sign-offs
- Installation sign-offs
Leadership
The ideal candidate will have experience in motivating and leading a team with specific reference to:
- Staff motivation
- Team cohesion
- Dispute resolution
- The ability to overcome challenges
- Team discipline
