About the role

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. To work closely with stakeholders across functions to clarify objectives, allocate resources effectively, manage progress and risks proactively. The Project Manager will act as a central point of contact, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. The projects will span across functions like manufacturing, marketing, sales, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
2. Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and manage expectations.
4. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
5. Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
6. Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
7. Manage project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and resource plans.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.

Experience:

8 - 12 years’ experience in project management in the FMCG sector.

Skills:

1. Experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record in delivering projects on time and within scope.
2. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project/ Certification in PMP.
3. Manufacturing Operations experience is preferred (function experience or experience with large scale manufacturing set-up).
