POSITION INFO : The Role

Youâll be responsible for managing and delivering high-impact projects in sectors such as automation, control systems, and electrical infrastructure. From initial planning through execution to final delivery, you will ensure every project meets quality, safety, and performance benchmarks on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
• Provide technical guidance on control systems, electrical design, and instrumentation
• Identify and manage project risks with effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
• Monitor financial performance and ensure cost control
• Maintain all project documentation, including progress reports and technical specifications

What Youâll Bring

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering , Instrumentation , or Control Systems
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in the control systems or electrical / instrumentation sectors
• Solid understanding of PLC, SCADA , and industrial automation systems
• Proven experience working with FIDIC, NEC / ECC, or contracts
• Strong project management skills and experience with tools like MS Project
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations, especially in mining or industrial environments
