Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Project Management and Construction management, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• Experience with LARGE DATA CENTRE CONSTRUCTION (building ) (non-negotiable)
• Able to work on different projects in SA
• Strong leadership evidence
• 5 years of construction / project management experience
• Experience with complex electrical and mechanical systems
• Expertise in client management, risk mitigation, and large-scale budgeting
• Expertise in areas like electrical and mechanical systems, project management, critical infrastructure design, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with complex large-scale projects
• Able to read technical documents, and possess skills in areas such as value engineering, controls, and commissioning
