Job Description

1. Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
3. Track and monitor project progress, preparing and presenting regular status updates to stakeholders.
4. Organize resources, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are executed in line with client requirements and expectations.
5. Handle project documentation, timelines, and reports, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance with industry standards.
6. Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

• University degree / diploma in finance or business OR Matric with at least 3 – 5 years' experience in a similar position, in the financial reporting industry or a large advertising agency.
