Job Title: Agile Project Manager

We are seeking Agile Project Managers to join our team of project delivery professionals, focusing on delivering Microsoft Teams solutions to enterprise clients worldwide.

We are looking for self-motivated, well-presented, and polished individuals with common sense to become the 'Voice of SCB' within the company, ensuring successful project delivery to our enterprise clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least three years of experience managing projects, preferably within telecommunications, collaboration, or IT industries.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage and deploy multiple projects simultaneously in an Agile environment.
2. Develop close working relationships with sales and technical teams to understand client project requirements.
3. Champion partner needs and coordinate with internal groups such as sales and operations.
4. Utilize personal experience and common sense to understand client needs.
5. Implement multiple projects across different territories remotely.
6. Build solid rapport with internal and external suppliers to ensure successful project deployment on time.
7. Manage junior project staff as necessary to ensure project success.
8. Handle 10 or more concurrent projects.
9. Pay close attention to detail.
10. Be highly organized with a methodical approach.

On-the-Job Training

The post holder will receive training on all job functions, especially telecom-specific tasks. Emphasis will be placed on independent thinking and initiative-taking. The candidate is expected to work independently and be creative in delivering projects.

Contacts and Relationships

Internal: Interact with all levels of the sales department across locations, including partners and related companies. Collaborate with IT and operations staff to fulfill job requirements.

External: Communicate with customers, suppliers, external business partners, and professionals in foreign offices.

Work Environment

The role is remote-based, with occasional need to work unsociable hours. Fluency in English is essential.
