Your role is to lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include long-term planning, resource management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication to drive project success.

You will oversee project teams, manage budgets, and ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, present, and implement detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Manage project planning and prioritization, communicate with stakeholders, and review high-level business cases.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication.
• Monitor and control project progress, adjusting as necessary.
• Facilitate status meetings and update management and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of project outputs.
• Oversee project documentation and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Implement best practices and seek process improvements.
• Track and report on project portfolio performance.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions.
• Provide mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Utilize project management software and tools.
• Develop relationships with vendors and external partners.

Ideal Candidate :

• Completed relevant Degree
• 6-8 years experience in Project Management
• Experience in Investment Banking preferred but not essential
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills with large data sets
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
