- Background in rollout projects (e.g., FTTH, power, tower, RF)
- Demonstrated success in operational management
- At least 1 year in a management position
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- Ability to compile reports, specifications, and update project-related systems

- Negotiate and meet delivery timelines with customers
- Provide comprehensive reports and feedback
- Issue accurate quotes and ensure all work has assigned purchase orders (POs)
- Supply documentation (e.g., FACs) for invoicing
- Ensure 100% of completed work is invoiced and updated in customer systems monthly
Contractor Management
- Oversee contractor performance and allocate work with clear specifications
- Negotiate pricing and terms, issue POs, and approve payments
Supplier Management
- Monitor supplier performance, assist in negotiating terms, issue POs, and approve payments
Administration
- Supervise project admin officer
- Maintain updated systems (e.g., WO, SAGE, Qbis)
- Ensure price books are current
