The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can confidently drive the delivery of creative and strategic work across a variety of client accounts. You’ll play a central role in coordinating projects—briefing teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that every piece of work is delivered on time and on point.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with strategists, creatives, producers, and account managers to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
• Develop clear project scopes, schedules, and task assignments in collaboration with team leads
• Coordinate between creative, production, and client service teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Track progress using project management tools (we use ClickUp + Memtime) and identify potential risks or delays early
• Maintain documentation and status updates, keeping all stakeholders aligned
• Facilitate feedback rounds and support the team in delivering high-quality work on deadline
• Uphold process and encourage consistency, while adapting workflows to suit project needs

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a project manager within a creative, marketing, or digital agency
• Proven ability to manage fast-moving projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
• Strong understanding of creative workflows, especially in content, design, and campaign environments
• Experience using modern project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, and clear communication skills
• A calm, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to stay focused under pressure

Nice to Have

• Experience working in video production, animation, or digital campaigns
• Familiarity with Discord or other real-time team tools
• A background or interest in marketing, branding, or communications strategy
