Our facilities include three cultivation, distribution, and manufacturing sites, along with six retail locations throughout Southern California. General Summary:

The Project Manager oversees key client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves managing all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for upper management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  2. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  3. Define project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  4. Ensure resource availability and proper allocation.
  5. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  6. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  7. Measure project performance with suitable tools and techniques.
  8. Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  9. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  13. Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths, skills, and experience, collaborating with their supervisors.
  14. Track project performance to analyze achievement of goals.
  15. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  16. Develop comprehensive project plans for clients and staff.
  17. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  18. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project needs.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Experience and Skills:

  • Relevant experience in project management, construction, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK.
  • Experience with construction estimating, management, and related software like Microsoft Project and Visio.
