Our client is a Centurion-based engineering firm specialising in sustainable solutions such as off-gas treatment, dust control, and waste energy recovery.

Serving industries like metals, minerals, oil & gas, and energy, they design specialised plants and environmental technologies.

A recently established subsidiary produces sustainable aviation fuel and other fuels from bio- and industrial waste gas streams. We are a fast-growing EPC powerhouse looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to drive high-impact projects while optimizing best practices in project execution.

Your Role in the Big Picture

1. Own the Project Lifecycle – Lead end-to-end EPC project execution with a focus on time, cost, and quality.
2. Raise the Bar – Identify gaps in project management processes and implement industry best practices.
3. Drive Collaboration – Engage with clients, engineers, suppliers, and contractors for seamless execution.
4. Mitigate Risks – Proactively assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance.
5. Lead & Inspire – Mentor high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Deliver Insights – Set up performance dashboards and reports for smarter decision-making.

What You Need to Succeed

Education & Certification: Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, CPM, or equivalent) – Essential

Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field – Advantageous

Experience: 5–10 years of EPC project management experience

Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget & quality standards

Strong background in process improvement & project methodologies

Experience in fast-growing or evolving environments is a plus
