Qualifications

• BEng/BSc (Engineering) Project Management, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Project / PPO, cost control, forecasting and risk management.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing construction projects and mining studies.

Responsibilities

• Define study scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones are achieved within budget and time constraints.
• Lead the preparation of feasibility studies, concept designs, and technical reports.
• Review and validate technical inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships to ensure transparent communication and trust.
• Ensure studies meet regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Implement quality control processes for documentation and deliverables.
• Maintain audit-ready records for governance and compliance purposes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of study projects.
• Support procurement strategies and contractor evaluations.

About the Position:

We are seeking a Project Manager who shall be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technical and feasibility studies across mining, construction, and infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all studies are executed in line with industry standards, Mventech’s frameworks, and client requirements, while managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder expectations.

• BEng/BSc (Engineering) Project Management, or related field
• Proficient in MS Project / PPO, cost control, forecasting and risk management.

Experience

• 5-10 years’ experience .
• Strong knowledge of and practical experience in the relevant codes and standards.
• Experience in managing construction projects
• Experience in mining studies.

Skills

• Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholders and teams.
• Technical knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Communication: Clear reporting and ability to liaise with engineers, contractors, clients and stakeholders.
