Project Manager - East London - Energy from Waste

Our client, a leader in the UK Energy from Waste industry, is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team in East London. With a long history in the Renewable Energies market, our client aims to expand their global footprint and lead the market. Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Site-based role coordinating the day-to-day management of construction and contractual matters on the Thameside ERF project.
  2. Ensure the Project Director is fully informed of progress against schedule and budget. Immediately notify the Project Director and Health & Safety Manager of any incidents or near misses.
  3. Promote a positive health and safety culture across all levels of the project. Enforce health and safety measures on site, including regular audits and promoting positive behaviors.
  4. Ensure EPC Contractor and subcontractors maintain robust health and safety controls, investigate incidents promptly, and communicate rectification measures.
  5. Ensure compliance with all statutory health and safety legislation such as HASAW, CDM, RIDDOR, RRFSO, PUWER, PSSR, LOLER, COSHH, etc.
  6. Deliver the project according to contractual, technical, and commercial specifications, adhering to all relevant standards and requirements.
