Project Manager

Own the Project Lifecycle Lead end-to-end EPC project execution with a focus on time, cost, and quality.

Raise the Bar Identify gaps in project management processes and implement industry best practices.

Drive Collaboration Engage with clients, engineers, suppliers, and contractors for seamless execution.

Mitigate Risks Proactively assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance.

Lead & Inspire Mentor high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Deliver Insights Set up performance dashboards and reports for smarter decision-making.

What You Need to Succeed:

Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field Advantageous.

5-10 years of EPC project management experience

Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget & quality standards.

Strong background in process improvement & project methodologies.

Experience in fast-growing or evolving environments is a plus.

Process Optimization & Problem-Solving.

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
