Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering end-to-end projects, ideally in the ERP sector, for medium to large clients. Hands-on ERP implementation experience is advantageous.
• Professional accreditation in project delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Prince2, or PMI. Candidates who have completed such certifications will be considered.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and strong knowledge of DevOps.
• Strong time management, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and motivate others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience analyzing complex issues and delivering solutions.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus; experience with other ERP platforms is also valuable.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client implementations and supporting presales activities. Key responsibilities include:

1. Determining the implementation approach.
2. Monitoring and reporting project progress.
3. Preparing communication, risk, and quality management plans.
4. Managing project constraints such as scope, time, budget, quality, risk, and resources.
5. Providing status updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
6. Leading the project team and resolving HR issues.
7. Adhering to the client's Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP).
