What will you be doing

The UK Market Advantage Implementation team is a team of Technology and Innovation professionals focused on delivery of new products and services into our clients.

As a project manager you will be responsible for leading planning and driving progress in the delivery of client projects to an agreed schedule within the programme there will be a specific focus on delivering Circanas Market Advantage solution to clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning monitoring and controlling client projects through the project lifecycle
  • Managing the daytoday operational aspects of a project : ensuring that project objectives and deliverables are clear and well defined; planning project tasks; ensuring clearly defined roles and responsibilities both internally and externally
  • Ability to work well and build strong working relationships with commercial and technical teams across various locations remotely
  • Client communication and activity planning working closely with the client to set and manage expectations
  • Stakeholder management and communication of progress proactive identification and mitigation of risks swift course correction of issues and management of escalations
  • Ensuring that all relevant and Circana specific processes are followed on projects
  • Being responsible for full lifecycle of a project from the design stage through to completion and handover to the client including the finalisation of the Statement of Work
  • Bring fresh best practice ideas for constant review and improvement to Project processes

Requirements

  • A recognised project management qualification would be ideal e.g. APMP PMP or Prince
  • Solid experience as a client facing Project Manager within a technical industry
  • Evidence of being able to manage concurrent projects and drive project teams to meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Good facilitation and analytical skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Highly selfmotivated with a positive cando attitude; accountable committed and decisive
