A large renewable company with offices around the world is looking for a Project Manager.

Minimum requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline is preferred. Other degrees or qualifications will be considered if accompanied by extensive experience in relevant industries.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operative project execution and construction site management for complex technical projects, such as civil construction, manufacturing, plant engineering, wind turbines, or similar.
• Proven ability to successfully complete large-scale projects while managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Driving Licence.
• Experience in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.
• Proficiency in Office suite; familiarity with other suites is a plus.
• Knowledge of P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Access to file servers & SharePoint.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Ensuring project delivery in accordance with the supply contract, with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction during project execution.
• Leading a team of representatives from various departments including finance, procurement, engineering, and operations (EHS, quality, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and commissioning).
• Reporting to the customer as per the contract and participating in project review meetings, typically at the customer’s office or site.
• Visiting the project site at least once a month.
• Providing weekly formal and informal updates on project status and risks, or as required by supervisors.
• Participating in activities aimed at improving company operations, such as process improvements, lessons learned, and strategy optimizations.
