Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team with a primary focus on Business Applications. The Project Manager will work with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of ERP/CE projects, meeting scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Track project deliverables and issues using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to the project team.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Present reports on project status, issues, and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes to achieve desired outcomes.
• Contribute to deals and proposals during the pre-sales stage.
• Lead multiple projects with different objectives and stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers within the team.
• Drive internal initiatives to mature project management capabilities.
• Take responsibility for sections of a growing project portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 2 years managing Microsoft Dynamics projects.
• Experience managing concurrent projects.
• Professional project management qualifications are preferred.
