Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for guiding projects from start to finish by preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering resources.
2. Quickly assess situations, identify the best course of action, and make decisions that keep the project moving forward without compromising quality or safety.
3. Ensure that the project deliverables meet the required specifications and performance standards.
4. Take action and ensure that decisions are effectively implemented.
5. Compile URS in line with the project scope.
6. Ensure assigned projects are delivered OTIF in line with project scope and by completing all phases of the project process.
7. Ensure technical aspects of the projects are met.
8. Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, co-workers, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered OTIF.
9. Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions.
10. Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations relating to project design and implementation.
11. Record and document applicable project requirements including technical specs, manuals, SOP, work instructions, etc.
12. Review and track project expenses in line with the project budget.
13. Ensure effective change control when introducing new technologies, methods, processes, or equipment to the company.
14. Provide support to the quality team on customer complaints and implementation of preventative action plans.
15. Identify value-engineering opportunities to optimise current process capability.
16. Identify and mitigate potential product and OHS risks.
