• Manage all aspects of project safety per legal and company requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.
• Ensure projects adhere to governance and ISO 9001 compliance and internal procedures.

This role requires a results-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge, excellent planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP Certification will be advantageous

Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in managing renewable energy or electrical engineering projects.

Strong understanding of solar PV and battery storage systems.

Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and related project management tools.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management and execution of projects, strictly aligned with clientrequirements and agreed standards.

• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets its objectives.
• Develop and track project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Implement strict cost control measures and reporting using JobSys.
• Draft and motivate scope change requests and manage the change control process.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 standards.Coordinate cross-functional disciplines including engineering and procurement to ensure smoothproject execution.
• Collect, verify, and manage documentation from all relevant project disciplines.
