What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

You'll be managing full project life cycles—from kick-off through design, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning—for marine, mining and offshore engineering projects. You'll coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure project outcomes meet all quality, budget, and schedule targets. From risk mitigation planning to client reporting, procurement to change management, you'll lead teams and drive execution. You'll play a pivotal role in defining quality standards, safety plans, communication flows and ensuring compliance with both contractual and regulatory frameworks.

What you'll need

You hold a BTech, BSc or BEng in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, and you bring a relevant Project Management qualification. Ideally, you're registered (or eligible) as a Professional Engineer with ECSA. You offer 10-12 years' experience in project management across mining, oil & gas, mineral processing or heavy engineering industries. You've got strong leadership and organisational skills, are adaptable, and can manage multiple stakeholders with ease. Computer literacy (MS Project, Excel, Word) and your own transport are essential, and you're open to occasional travel and working flexibly to meet project deadlines.
