To lead, manage and deliver projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and client expectations are met. The Project Manager will coordinate internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers, and maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines, budgets, and specifications.
- Develop full-scale project plans, including resource plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
- Monitor and control project scope, cost, quality, and progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Coordinate and communicate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with company and client standards.
- Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder briefings.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- Track and report on project performance, including financial and schedule metrics.
- Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and that client satisfaction is achieved.
- Oversee commissioning, handover, and closeout documentation.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 510 years of project management experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle projects (RFI to handover).
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to sites as needed.
