Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct product training on site.
2. Actively promote the benefits of products, such as improved safety and efficiency.
3. Report any irregularities to the Explosives Technical Representative.
4. Develop continuous improvement practices to ensure required blasting standards are achieved.
5. Comply with governance, established policies, systems, procedures, and practices.
6. Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environment standards.
7. Maintain ongoing communication with the Technical Representative and Mining Personnel.
8. Manage the Performance-Based Contract professionally.
9. Compile reports from underground visits.
