Job description

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Capture & manage sales orders on SAP in line with the Contract Management Procedure.
• Manage and coordinate all designate product contracts though the different functional groups.
• Detail analysis and understanding of each contract.
• Manage designated projects with regards to schedule, scope and risks.
• Keeping project stakeholders informed on progress and aligned throughout the course of the project by providing timely communication to stakeholders.
• Driving decision-making to ensure the project moves forward.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to legal requirements, policies, procedures and other RDM standards to ensure safe project execution.
• Provide marketing and production support.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.
• Effective and continuous communication with all stakeholders and implement detail project schedules and status reports.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to contract execution and compliance

POST REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum qualification- Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in defense orientated products and/projects
• Proficiency in the MS Office applications;
• Proficiency in SAP;
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and conflict management skills;
