Project Engineers – Powering Sustainable Infrastructure in the Netherlands
Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for infrastructure and energy?
We’re hiring for a leading Dutch company in the energy sector – and they’re looking for Project Engineers and Foremen to strengthen their team.
Xelvin is supporting this client in finding hands-on professionals who can manage infrastructure projects from A to Z. Think underground networks, energy systems, and large-scale civil works.
What you’ll do:
• Plan and coordinate technical project activities – from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with all technical, legal, and environmental regulations
• Work with AutoCAD (Civil 3D) to manage digital drawings and technical documents
• Handle procurement, subcontractor communication, and scheduling
• Monitor budgets, track deviations, and support reporting
• Maintain project files, safety standards, and progress documentation
What we’re looking for:
HBO-level degree in Energy or Civil Engineering (Bachelor in Electrical Engineering) (N5 - 8)
Experience in industrial or infrastructure environments (pipeline projects = big plus)
Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Projects, and familiar with UAV 2012/UAV GC
Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Dutch is a strong advantage)
Accurate, proactive, and able to think three steps ahead
